Social Housing Solutions (SHS) is a Social Housing Ins titution (SHI) that develops and manages rental or co-operative social housing projects. We provide good quality rental accommodation for the low income market. We aim to meet the demands of medium and low income workers, households and students. SHS is also the first Black (youth) owned
and operated SHI in South Africa and is also a signa tory to the 2014 Housing Accord.
